DocPanel hand selects radiologists for their clients. These radiologists provide expertise to technologists, as well as a high-touch service to patients’ direct providers. It is DocPanel’s mission to provide the best in radiologist delivery to underserved populations, as well as assistance to large, academic hospitals dealing with recruitment issues. Problems We Solved
CopperHill helped DocPanel implement both Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) and Salesforce Health Cloud so that they could offer excellent radiologist care for all the specialties they support. These Salesforce systems also support growth for radiologist recruitment and client partnerships.
Prior to Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), DocPanel used MailChimp to send marketing communications, but this was not a scalable marketing platform for them. With the implementation of Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), we were able to eliminate data silos across marketing and their data repository. This implementation allows DocPanel to be intentional with segmentation and utilize targeted communication as well as integrating their website for analytical visibility. Since Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) is integrated with Salesforce, the team is able to take advantage of automations and triggers, reducing a lot of manual effort, and freeing up time for the marketing team to grow the business.
With the implementation of Health Cloud, DocPanel can now streamline the onboarding process for both clients and radiologists, increasing efficiency and adhering to processes. As well, DocPanel uses Salesforce as a single source of truth. They can check statuses real time with clients and radiologists and eliminate back and forth communication over email which can often cause confusion. It also provides powerful reporting for gaining insights, sorting information, and quick retrieval.
CopperHill built out Rate Card and Approval Processes to increase efficiency of the DocPanel team. Within Salesforce we created custom objects to help accommodate personalized pricing for clients and radiologist matching. Prior to this, DocPanel used Google Docs to manually do this, but now with the help of CopperHill and Salesforce they are capable of standardizing the process to prevent limitations and errors.
DocPanel is now in a better position to generate more leads, create more segmented marketing campaigns, and incorporate a strong decision tree and scoring platform based on actions taken by each radiologist in the recruitment process. DocPanel will also have greater capability to improve both the radiologist and client journeys through better support tools:
