ZealCare is a Healthcare Coaching based practice aimed at providing support for patients with chronic pain. Their solution helps patients make these changes, like taking medications as prescribed, adjusting dietary intake, and managing stress to improve their health and well-being. ZealCare empowers individuals to be active participants in their health in full partnership with their providers and care teams. 

What We Built

  • Virtual Health with Automations and Reporting: ZealCare works with coaches and patient members. Its services are contracted out as add-on wellness benefits to eligible individuals. For this reason they needed a secure and efficient telehealth solution capable of reporting data for total visibility.
  • Personalized Communications and Reporting Tools: ZealCare also wanted a more formalized education and onboarding journey for eligible patients. They also require the ability to run analytics and provide findings with their clients. 
  • Timeline Constraints: One of the most challenging aspects of this implementation was the timing. Timing was essential both in the sales cycle (2-3 weeks) and implementation with a strict go live date to meet client requirements.

The Solution Design

CopperHill implemented Salesforce Health Cloud for ZealCare to manage business and member contacts in one centralized location. We used standard objects for patient campaign, and opportunity management.

ZealCare elected to use AIR Engage, AIR Platform’s telehealth health solution, embedded inside Health Cloud to securely host its virtual meetings. This allowed ZealCare to schedule, host, and join telehealth meetings, as well as access all of their appointment and patient data, without ever having to leave Salesforce Health Cloud. This solution was key to success and met ZealCare’s overall goal of working within one platform. 

CopperHill also setup and connected Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Health Cloud. This allows ZealCare to activate automated, multi-step journeys based on updates inside Health Cloud to educate individuals about ZealCare’s services and recruit eligible members to enroll in health coaching programs. 

For its patient portal, ZealCare uses Salesforce Experience Cloud for members to securely access support and attend telehealth sessions.

Overcoming Timeline Constraints

One of the most challenging aspects CopperHill faced during implementation was the importance of meeting a specific go-live date. ZealCare and CopperHill worked together to avoid delays and complete the project and deliver results on time.
