CopperHill announces a new CEO, Andrew Vose

CopperHill announces Andrew Vose will be taking over the role of CEO from John McCloskey, Co-Founder and former CEO effective August 2020. Vose is a Co-Founder of CopperHill and formerly head of Professional services and CFO.

McCloskey, who had decided to step down and begin transition in late 2019 joins his wife in retirement after almost 40 years of working, 15 of those years in consulting around Salesforce. “I have enjoyed the past 5 years as Tyler, Andrew, Paul [Kukk, CTO], and I started and built CopperHill, but we could not have done it without all the dedication and hard work of everyone on the team. Each individual has brought the needed experience, commitment and hard work to get us to where we are today. I think CopperHill is in a great place and positioned for long-term success,” states McCloskey.

“We thank John for his experience, wisdom, dedication, and leadership in co-founding the company 5 years ago. We will certainly miss working with John every day, and we wish him all the best in his well-deserved retirement. We will plan on staying in touch,” says Vose.

Ensuring McCloskey’s smooth transition to retirement has been a group effort. Vose assumes McCloskey’s CEO responsibilities and Kristin Waychoff takes over McCloskey’s involvement in sales scoping.
