monday.com Implementation Consultant

About the Role

CopperHill is looking for a monday.com Implementation Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you'll lead end-to-end monday.com implementations for healthcare, non-profit, and enterprise clients — from discovery and solution design through configuration, training, and go-live support.

You'll work directly with clients to understand their workflows, build custom monday.com solutions, and integrate monday.com with platforms like Salesforce, QuickBooks, and EHR systems using CopperHill's AIR Platform accelerators.

What You'll Do

• Lead client discovery sessions to understand workflows, requirements, and goals
• Design and configure monday.com boards, automations, dashboards, and integrations
• Build integrations between monday.com and Salesforce, EHR, ERP, and other systems
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client communication
• Deliver end-user training and documentation
• Support clients post-go-live with questions and optimization
• Contribute to CopperHill's monday.com accelerator and template library

What We're Looking For

• 1–3+ years of monday.com implementation or administration experience
• Experience managing client-facing projects in a consulting environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfort with data mapping, API concepts, and integration workflows
• Healthcare industry experience is a strong plus
• monday.com certification preferred (or willingness to certify)
• Salesforce familiarity is a bonus
