monday.com Implementation Consultant
As a monday.com Consultant, you will focus on delivering successful monday.com implementations. A core part of your role will be establishing trust and building strong relationships with our clients to ensure their project needs are met. You’ll have the opportunity to stay up to date on the platform’s ecosystem and continuously learn new skills to provide the best possible solutions. You will be joining a collaborative, fully remote team that actively supports one another, with absolutely no “in-office” requirement.
When not actively involved in client activities, the Consultant will engage in certification training, sales support activities, or internal development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Discovery and Requirements Gathering: Leads and assists the project team by gathering knowledge about business processes from clients to effectively determine project scope, customer, and solution requirements.
- System Implementation: Builds custom processes, workflows, and automations natively in monday.com and help clients adopt the AI capabilities and native functions of the platform
- Client Training & Support: Conducts meetings with clients to walk them through solutions, trains them on using monday.com, and provides ongoing client-facing technical support.
- Solution Development: Develops effective solutions with moderate supervision on small to mid-size engagements, ensuring the solutions meet specific project needs.
- Documentation: Completes thorough, clear, and timely documentation of deliverables, current and future process workflows, and client training materials or user guides.
- Consulting Operations: Ensures compliance with internal and external company policies, submits accurate time and T&E reports on schedule, and is responsible for attaining billable utilization results.
Qualifications and Capabilities
- General Experience: 2-3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, technological consulting, or a functional discipline.
- Platform Expertise: At least 2 years of direct monday.com experience is required, with demonstrable product certification highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong professional communication and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives and break down complex ideas into simple terms.
- Work Style: Highly developed organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively in a relatively unstructured environment.
- Consulting Mindset: Strong analytical skills, particularly in business requirements, resolution, and ability to present viable options to clients.
