The Wyoming Business Council (WBC) is Wyoming's state economic development agency, dedicated to leading economic growth across the state. • Complex Multi-Stage Approvals: The system handles a rigorous five-stage contract approval process—including review by the state Attorney General—within the same data ecosystem, ensuring consistency from initial lead to executed contract.
