All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of CopperHill Consulting and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Client deliverables are governed by the terms of each individual service agreement.
CopperHill Consulting maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client data and proprietary information. We will not disclose, share, or sell client information to third parties except as required by law or as explicitly authorized by the client.
CopperHill Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as specified in the applicable agreement.
Either party may terminate a service engagement as specified in the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered through the termination date.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
CopperHill Consulting reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
