Ongoing & Flexible Support Services
Our certified consultants are only a phone call away. Using a combination of conference calls, email, WebEx meetings, and support reviews sessions we will quickly respond to your support needs and get it done in a timely manner. This includes administrative support, analysis & design, troubleshooting, configuration, development, and training.
- Prepaid Support Plan (PSP): You pay upfront for a set number of hours that can be used however you want and whenever you need them during the following year.
- Annual Support Plan (ASP): If you know you will need a certain level of support hours a month or quarter and the support need is relatively consistent from month to month.
For both plans you get access to a dedicated Consultant that will answer your calls and either do the work directly or pull in one of our specialized consultants or developers. It is like having a team of salesforce.com functional and technical consultants at your disposal.
